ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Contact us with an order number and which product in particular is missing.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We carefully inspect each item for quality assurance prior to shipping an item, if you feel that you've received and faulty item please reach out to us.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

We generally do not refund shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping and it does not reflect on your invoice, please contact us.

What do i do if i received the wrong order?

It's rare, but mistakes happen. If you've received the incorrect order we will pay for return shipping and ensure that you receive the correct order.

PRODUCT & STOCK

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We generally produce all of our products in limited quantities. We also offer our products on multiple marketplaces including in-person mobile shops our pop ups. If there is a discrepancy you will be refunded for your order or in some cases offered other items that are similar, if any are available.

How can I search to find products on the website?

We have a search function on most pages to allow you access to search for specific items.

Can you tell me more about your Limited Edition drops?

A majority of our items are available in limited quantities, as such we conduct "product drops". Releases that are scheduled to go live on our site at a specific time and date. All drop times are scheduled for EST, the inventory is set and will run until sold out. Please do not contact us about sold out limited edition products, we announce all new items as well as upcoming items on our social media outlets.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization number from savage village. Returns are not accepted on custom apparel that has been washed, worn or decorated. Return requests must be submitted to Savage Village within 30 days of order receipt. All returns are subject to approval.

How do I make an exchange?

All exchanges must be approved by Savage Village within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Size exchanges are generally accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Any defects must be reported to Savage Village for approval.

What do you do with used apparel that is returned?

We aim for a zero to low waste adherence, returns are processed and upcycled into a custom or uniquely decorated product.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed and initiated within 1-3 days of approval. The length of time it takes to reverse depends on payment and the financial institution. In most cases it can take up to 14 days.

PAYMENT

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards. Credit applications are available upon request and are subject to approval.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

All orders are acknowledged upon receipt. Any changes requested after processing are subject to additional fees/production time.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are subject to approval. If approved, a $50.00 cancellation fee per style/product (plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered) will apply. No cancellations will be accepted after production begins on the order.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The following minimums apply for all custom orders:

Made to order styles/colorways: 50 Pieces

Customer provided garments: 100 Pieces

Contract screenprinting: 12 Pieces

SCRAP ALLOWANCE

We adhere to an industry standard 5% scrap allowance rate. Damages that fall at or below this 5% allowance are automatically removed from the order/invoice. We strongly suggest ordering a 5% overage per size (As any pieces within the 5% scrap allowance will not be replaced)

Customer Supplied Garments

Savage Village must be supplied a detailed breakdown of garments (including manufacturer, style number, sizes and quantities) prior to shipping any garments to our facility. Savage Village will then provide an approved purchase order number to reference. This approved purchase order number must be referenced on all paperwork for the incoming shipment. Failure to reference the provided PO# will result in additional fees. Please note that production will not begin until inventory has been received in full.

Sample Policy & Color matching

Custom samples are available upon request for a fee of $100.00 per style/colorway. Samples may be required for certain styles. Turnaround times may vary based upon the style(s) requested. If sample garments are being supplied by the buyer, we require at least 4 pieces for sampling. Custom samples are not eligible for returns/refunds due to their unique nature.

Pantone color matching services are available upon request; additional fees apply. Turnaround times may vary based upon the color(s) requested. Providing a PMS code, fabric swatch or sample garment are the most effective ways to communicate requested colors. Pantone matching on textiles is not an exact science, there may be a reasonable variation in color and intensity due to uncontrollable factors.

holding fees

Requests to hold blank or finished goods are subject to approval. Holding fees will apply. Any orders scheduled for pick up through a third party must be picked up within 7 business days of completion date. Failure to pick up within this time frame is subject to additional fees.

freight

Orders ship from our factory in Flint, MI. Standard and priority services are available. Savage Village does not assume responsibility for shipping delays due to weather or errors on the part of the freight carrier. International shipping is available, the buyer is responsible for all duty fees/taxes.

Receiving Claims

Upon delivery, all merchandise must be inspected by the consignee. Claims must be submitted in writing to Savage Village within 10 business days of receipt. Photos and/or samples may be requested if Savage Village's quality assurance team determines (in it's sole discretion) that an item is indeed defective, an equitable resolution of the matter will be offered.
